		How it works Once you have signed-up for Ratooi, your Ratooi icons will be created on your desktop and you will be able to access your share folders on Ratooi's network servers. Files can be dragged and dropped, copied and pasted between your computer drives and your Ratooi account. No Download required! If you don't want to download anything, you can connect to your Ratooi account using RatooiFTP. You just go to ratooi.com, enter your acount information, and you are there. It is that easy. Learn more Sharing There are currently three ways to share files as listed below: - For read only access and download of your file, just drag it to your "webshare" folder and email the other party the link (see RatooiWeb below for the link syntax). If you have a folder you want to share, it is often best to 'zip' it up so the other party can easily save the file and extract all the files at one time. - For secure read/write access to your share files and folders, tell the other party your email address and password and they can download the Ratooi program and access your account. - For read/write access without requiring a program download, tell the other party your email address and password and they can go to ratooi.com and connect to your account. Backup Simply: - Choose the folder you would like to backup by double clicking it. - Click the red check mark icon to add the folder to the backup set - View your selection by clicking on the "View Selected Backup List" Menu item - Click "Backup" and select a schedule or choose 'backup now', RatooiGroup offers Virtual Private Network (VPN) functionality with the same features as RatooiSolo. RatooiGroup allows multiple simultaneous connections to a single Ratooi store for a multiple users. The key element in determining the Group account size is the number of SIMULTANEOUS users that are expected. Learn more When signing up for a Group account, signup only once.
